"Alright," Atty said t the guard as he told her she was needed in the interrogation room. Atalanta wasn't really all that interested in the things that were to come of this investigation, nor the things involved. She didn't expect that she would be stuck in this facility forever, no matter what her sentence came out to be. She was sure she'd find her own way out if she didn't get released into a mental facility, and she did have plans on playing a nice game of cat and mouse when she did get out. Not that she'd openly tell the man who had requested her this afternoon of such thoughts, because that would be pretty damning to her case, but it was something she intended.
There were a few passing thoughts on what he might ask and how to answer it, and a wondering why she hadn't seen her lawyer yet. Wasn't it illegal for them to speak to her without the law expert present? Not that Atalanta cared either way, she didn't particularly like her representation and was rather sure she could represent herself better. The person her parents had paid was all about the money she thought, and honestly.. It seemed like the lawyer wanted her to go to prison rather than be released. like there was some kind of personal grudge there for something.
With little to no resistance Atty walked into the interrogation room and sat down at the table. There was a narrow glance to the mirror window, then a shrug and eyes waited on the door. She was a bit curious on who would walk in, who would be on the other side of the door. How much would they know about her? Had they seen the live feed until power had been cut off? Had he seen her presenting the news not even a day before what happened to put her here? She smirked a little at that thought. News anchor gone insane. She doubted her employers would be sharing that story, though she wondered how many other news papers and networks she had been one now? Maybe she'd ask.
